BEFORE PROCEEDING

LOCATION & DATES: June 19th - 22nd at the Tobacco River Ranch in Eureka, Montana


CABINS - Maximum of 2 guests per cabin. If you are sharing a cabin with a friend, one of you MUST secure a cabin and then the other will need to register under the 'Double Occupancy Add-On' spot for cabins. This can be done on one booking or separate booking. You must indicate who you are sharing the cabin with in your booking. If you book under the 'Double Occupancy Add-On' and do not indicate a cabin mate, your booking will be cancelled.


CAMPING - 1 guest per booking, maximum of 2 persons to a tent

If you are booking with a group of friends, each individual must book their own spot in the same camp area if you intend to share a tent.


BYO Van/Vehicle - Maximum of 2 guests per van, camper, or vehicle. If you are sharing a space with a friend, one of you MUST secure a BYOV spot and then the other will need to register under the 'Double Occupancy Add-On' spot. This can be done under the same booking or separate bookings. You must indicate who you are sharing your van/camper with in your booking. If you book under the 'Double Occupancy Add-On' and do not indicate a van/camper mate, your booking will be cancelled.


INCLUSIONS - Each registered guest will receive the following: 

- 3 nights accommodations as chosen

- All group activities as noted in the itinerary

- Choose up 4 activities per day from the scheduled educational classes and craft projects. Any materials required for class may incur additional charge at registration.

- 8 meals total - Thursday dinner to Sunday breakfast

- One parking space in the camp community parking lot

- Chance to win giveaway prizes

EXCLUSIONS

- Travel to/from Eureka, Montana (An airport transfer from and to Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) is available as add-on option)

- Any specialty beverages, alcohol, extra meals, or snacks

- Any add-on activities or classes (fly fishing, etc.)

- Travel insurance (highly recommended!)

- Personal expenses such as additional accommodations, transportation, souvenirs, etc.

- Visa or entry requirements as applicable

BATHROOMS

- Cabins do not have their own bathrooms. Porta potty facilities will be provided for the entire camp. This includes on ADA accessible bathroom and hand washing stations in each bathroom area.

- There are no shower facilities available for campers. Cabin guests will have the opportunity to utilize the single shower on site once during the event. Outdoor camp showers will be available during designated times. The river is always available :)


HOW TO REGISTER FOR CAMP ACTIVITIES, ART PROJECTS + EDUCATIONAL CLASSES


1. Choose a package type. 

This will be your accommodations for the weekend. Options to choose from include a few cabin types, an Airstream, Belle glamping tent, BYOT, and BYOV camping areas.


2. Need a ride to camp? 

A group transfer (or two) will be arranged for anyone flying into Glacier Park International Airport (FCA). The transfers can be added onto your booking for an additional fee of $65 one way. After you choose an accommodation option, you will move to the next section titled "Available Options." Here you will choose the Thursday and Sunday transfer options from the list. Please note that transfers may be added to your booking through May 15th, 2025. We ask that you only add on this service if you are 100% sure you will use it as transfer deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 


For anyone driving to camp, one parking spot is included in our community camp parking lot with your registration.Carpooling is encouraged.


3. Choose A MAXIMUM OF 3 activities or classes per day to create your own camp schedule! 

After you choose your accommodation package type, you will be able to select up to 3 scheduled activities or classes on both Friday and Saturday from the "Available Options" section. We ask that you only register for the activities you are 100% committed to attend. Activities and classes may be reserved at a later date by logging back into the booking platform, however, please note that all activities and classes are available on a first come basis.  


Classes may incur an additional fee. If you add on a class that requires a fee, it will be due at the time of booking, and additional fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 


Each guest may choose a maximum of 3 activities on Friday and on Saturday. If you register for more than 3 activities or classes per day, additional activities will be cancelled and any deposits paid for the activity will be forfeited.


4. Complete your registration form and secure your spot with a deposit!

Once you have chosen your add-ons, you will be directed to our registration form. Please indicate any health conditions, medications, allergies and dietary preferences on this form.  


4. Get excited for camp!

Once camp reaches the magical number of campers, we will send out a link to join our private Facebook group where you will get camp updates, meet your fellow campers, class instructors, and camp hosts, and ask any questions you might have!


As a reminder, our normal cancellation policy does not apply and payments for camp and additional camp activities are  non-refundable and non-transferrable.
